    Your home officially hits the MLS and is now available for open houses and showings.

    Isaac will collect, examine and present all offers to you. Working with you to pick the offer that makes you feel most comfortable. Once a decision is made, Isaac will negotiate for the best price & terms. 

  • INSPECTION & FINAL WALK THROUGH

    Isaac will assist you in completing all necessary inspection items and work with you to get your home ready for your new buyers.
