We were first-time homebuyers. It was important for us to find a realtor who was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. We reached out to a different realtor with over 15 years of experience, and they connected us with Isaac. A little weary a first, we proceeded anyway.

Long story short, it was a great decision. Isaac is bright, super easy to work with, and knows the market very well (as crazy as it is currently in 2022). We sent him listings of properties we were interested in, and he worked quickly to set up showings with us, on our schedule. He was also extremely responsive, answering our texts in the wee hours of the night.

In the house that we ultimately purchased (a mere week after we began our search with Isaac), we hid away in the basement and discussed our game plan to win the property. If we didn't take his advice, we'd still be renting.
