We were first-time homebuyers. It was important for us to find a realtor who was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. We reached out to a different realtor with over 15 years of experience, and they connected us with Isaac. A little weary a first, we proceeded anyway. Long story short, it was a great decision. Isaac is bright, super easy to work with, and knows the market very well (as crazy as it is currently in 2022). We sent him listings of properties we were interested in, and he worked quickly to set up showings with us, on our schedule. He was also extremely responsive, answering our texts in the wee hours of the night. In the house that we ultimately purchased (a mere week after we began our search with Isaac), we hid away in the basement and discussed our game plan to win the property. A year later and Isaac has outdone himself - once again! Our family worked with Isaac last Summer (2021) to find a rental in Minneapolis. After a year in our rental, we decided it was time to buy our first home and it was no question that we wanted to work with Isaac. Just like our first experience; Isaac brought a lot of knowledge about the market, he was quick to schedule showings and was very detail orientated and attentive throughout the whole process. While in a situation of it being a "sellers" market - he kept the whole process positive while also being realistic and in the end, we found the perfect home for our family! As a first-time home buyer, finding the right realtor was incredibly important. Isaac was absolutely amazing and the perfect choice. From being so responsive to texts (at all hours) to being so persistent (e.g. going to the same house four times in one week) to knowing exactly what steps to take next, Isaac nailed it.
